Beginner’s Course: Your Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga

Embark on a transformative journey with our thoughtfully designed Ashtanga Beginner’s Course. Whether you are completely new to yoga or seeking to deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method, this course offers a supportive, structured environment to help you build a strong foundation.

Course Details

  • Commitment: New students must begin at the start of the week and commit to five consecutive days of practice (Sunday–Friday).

  • Practice Window: Classes are held between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
    Your specific start time will be coordinated with the teacher within this window.

  • Format: Individualized, one-on-one instruction with an experienced teacher. Sessions vary in length based on the student’s progress. You will be guided step-by-step, gradually learning postures and developing a consistent practice.

What to Expect

  • No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn.

  • No memorization necessary; your teacher will guide you through the practice.

  • Emphasis on personalized instruction to build confidence, awareness, and understanding of the Ashtanga method.
