Join us for a week-long immersion in Ashtanga Yoga with Laruga Glaser, featuring Mysore practice, a Led Primary Series class, and in-depth workshops. This is a rare opportunity to deepen your practice under Laruga’s guidance and connect with the Ashtanga community.

Schedule:

  • Mysore Classes (Monday–Thursday): Studio open 6:00–9:00 AM, with instruction starting at 6:30 AM.

  • Led Primary Series (Friday): 7:30 AM

  • Workshops (Saturday & Sunday): 2:00–3:30 PM
